Seems like just yesterday that we were all on dialup connections browsing simple static websites and thinking it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Along the way, our connections got faster and the websites we were browsing got more complex and offered more features. Unfortunately, with this transition, a few things were lost...meaningful content and graphic simplicity were traded for instantaneous hyperlinks and data feeds as well as bloated and irrelevant graphics. We were all being fed what someone thought we would like and need.

Yuccalab likes to think we are a bit of renaissance designers...that is, back to the day when things were much more simple. No, we wouldn't trade our speedy broadband connection for our old 56k modem, but we are happy to design simple, visually appealing, and practical sites over crowded, confusing sites minus the eye candy with fancy bells-and-whistles.
